We all know that the Atmosphere around us is polluted day by day. the water we drink, the food we eat, the air we breathe so that's the reason why in our body tons of toxins get stuck and that makes us sicker.


Now you have a question  arises in mind that How we get sick and what is the main reason for toxins stuck in our body?






There are lots of reasons for that but we see the top six main reasons that make us sick over and over :


1. The food we eat

2. The water we drink

3. The air we breath 

4. Unhealthy lifestyle

5. Lack of exercise and Yoga

6. What we have thought

1. The Food We Eat : 


                                    What we eat is the most important reason to get sick over and over because food is the fuel of our body so if we are not giving the right food to our body then it is impossible to live healthily. nowadays we are eating not partially but completely destroyed food so that the digestive system needs lots of effort to digest food.


The food we eat today is processed food or man-made food. this type of food is completely dead. when we eat such food then our body requires more energy to digest. in fact such a food can't be digested properly by the body, as a result, it turns to toxins.


Look there are two vital processes execute in our body one is Digestion and another is Excretion. when we eat process food then our body can't performs the process of Digestion and Excretion easily and tons of toxins get stuck inside our body. these toxins responsible for making us sick and after some years these toxins turn into major harmful diseases. so if you take care of your food then fewer toxins create in the body. as a result, you will be free from sickness and diseases.


Now one question pops up in your mind that what should we eat so that toxins can't be created.


All you have to do is eat more Natural food, Living food like Fruits, Vegetable, Nuts and Seeds, Juices, and grains in raw form


Our body is made only for natural food how? let's see an example:

In the human body, there are some special hormones present, and that hormones play the role of traffic police, just like traffic police gives direction to the vehicle, these hormones give direction to our food and manage food in right place and the right amount but these hormones give direction to that food that has "identification code". 


When we eat natural food these hormones match that "identification code" manage and give direction to food nutrient and our body balance glucose, fat, cholesterol, blood pressure and don't create toxins, but when we eat process food these hormones can't match that code and get killed and it turns to the toxin.


But processed food doesn't have any live (prana) it's completely dead. actually, it is not a food its a product so when we eat this dead food, special hormones in our body can't able to extract nutrients from food because such food doesn't contain any nutrients, as a result this food get stuck inside our body in the form of waste and makes us sicker.


So you must have to include about 50 to 70% of living food in your diet.




2. The Water We Drink :


                                           Water is a little more vital reason to make us sick because our body is made up of 72% of water so when you drink dead water which is poisonous to you then you have to big pay price for it.


In metro city water comes from far distance through pipes then  purify it in artificial purifier because of that water changes its structure, changes its property, and when we drink that water then it negatively affects your body.


Another thing is that maximum people drink water stored in the plastic bottle, these bottles contain hazardous chemicals in plastics that destroy the useful properties of water, and make water poisonous. toxic chemicals leach out of plastic and are found in the blood and tissue of nearly all of us. Exposure to them is linked to cancers, birth defects, impaired immunity, endocrine disruption, and other ailments..so you should take care of not use a plastic bottle for drinking water. it plays a main role in your bad health.


According to Ayurveda best water to drink is that stored in a copper vessel because few ions get dissolve into a water molecule and kill the harmful microbes.


Another point that keeps in mind is that the way of drinking water. most of us don't know the right way of drinking water. many people drink water by standing position, it is the worst way of drinking water.


Medical science and Ayurveda also confirms that drinking water by standing is an open invitation for many diseases. one of the main diseases is Arthritis. 


When we drink water quickly you don't do any good to ourselves other than quenching our thirst. so it is the best way to drink water by sitting position sip by sip just like animals do.


What is the reason why we drink water sip by sip is because the saliva is alkaline while there is acid in the stomach, by drinking slowly the saliva goes into the stomach and reduces acid formation. while you drink fast saliva remains in the mouth because it is dense.

3. The Air We Breath :


                                            We all know that pollution in the atmosphere increases rapidly that's why we are taking smoke inside our body, not air. this is also one of the important reasons for sickness.


In the metro city people are living in an AC room, go outside in an AC car, go for a walk-in polluted atmosphere means all day wherever we go we are breathing smoke, not fresh air. as a result, more toxins enter our body and weaken our immune system.


Now, what is the solution for this? first, we have to do is wake up early in the morning because in the early morning around 4.00 to 6.0 0 AM pure oxygen level is at peak and this is scientifically proved.


According to our scripture 4.00 to 6.00 AM is called Bramhamuhurt during this period positive particle in the atmosphere is at the highest level. so if we wake up at this time then we gain amazing physical, psychological, and spiritual benefit.


If you are living in a metro city then you must have to do this one thing. instate of going to a movie during your free time, go to a natural place where you can get fresh air. the reason behind that is when you go for a movie or dinner in the restaurant or go in someplace where a large crowd is available, in that air maximum negative vibration is present and that will definitely affect your mind and health.


So if you are living in a polluted atmosphere where you can't get the benefits of nature then you must go in nature with your family once a month to get fresh air.



4. Unhealthy lifestyle :


                                                What we eat is important, but when we eat is also a crucial point to keep in mind. eating food at the wrong time is the major cause of many diseases like BP, Diabetes, Thyroid, Cholesterol etc. that's why it is called a lifestyle disease.


The main reason why we should follow a healthy lifestyle is that when we eat food at the wrong time then food can't digest properly because our digestive system is more active according to time and when we eat at the wrong time then food will be stored in the form of waste and turn to harmful toxins.


If we eat natural food wrong then it also turns to toxins. so it important to eat on time otherwise it is a big reason for chronic diseases.

5. Lack Of Exercise And Yoga :

                                       

                                                   It is good that if you take care of your diet but if you don't do daily exercise then there is difficult to live healthily.


If you think that I will manage my health only by maintaining a diet then sorry it is not possible because whatever food we eat that creates some amount of toxins on daily basis in the body. that's why it is important to detoxify our body daily by doing exercise, yoga, and pranayama.

Medical science found that by doing daily exercise, the body releases the BDNF hormone which is responsible for our good health. exercise also increases brain capacity.


Pranayama and yoga is also a good detoxifying method. according to Ayurveda regular practicing of pranayama and yoga can increase oxygen to our lungs, help the lymph system, get rid of waste, improve digestion, decrease stress, balance your emotion, increase overall health. hence it is said that when you control your breath, you control your life.


That's the reason why the lack of exercise is one of the biggest reasons for our disease.

                                                   Our body work according to the order of our mind. whatever the process it may be like, blood circulation, looking with the eye, how many times heart will beat, digestive system all these processes are work under the order of mind. so it is extremely vital and most important to understand that our health about 80% depends on what we have thought inside our mind


American psychologist wrote in his book "Seriousness Of Disease" that more diseases are caused by the mental imbalance but not the imbalance in the diet. if there is a disturbance in the mind then it definitely affects other parts of the body.

Every human has seven energy centers called Chakras in the body with the spinning energy. it starts at the base of your spine and moves all the body up to the very top of your head. this is because the life force or Prana that moves inside of you is spinning and rotating nonstop on daily basis.

Some issues are Headache. or Migraine, digestive problems such as gas, diabetes, unpleasant illness and nausea, fibromyalgia, poor nutrition, sore throat, flu-like symptom, addiction, obesity, hormonal imbalance, restlessness, back pain, and sleep, and other issues.


Whenever you feel the tension in your consciousness you will feel it in the chakras associated with the part of your consciousness that is experiencing the stress, as well as in the part of the physical and energy body associated with that chakra.


If the tension continues over an extended period or reaches a particular degree of intensity, it will then create a symptom in the physical level that in turn requires some form of energy healing ( chakra healing, yoga, meditation.) to resolve it.


One famous psychologist Dr. Hence Silly conduct one experiment in his hospital and he found that people who have old diseases most of them cause disease due to mental imbalance, there is no effect of the medicine on them. and if he does the mental treatment on them and wipes out their tension, they absolutely recovered without any medicine.


About 27 years of his experiment Dr. Silly was found that about 75% of patients with neck and back injuries are caused by tiredness and mental imbalance. from total headache patient, about 80% are of mental imbalance, from stomach disease about 70%, from arthritis about 64%, from blood pressure about 60%. all these people attain their disease due to mental imbalance.


One German psychologist takes a medical checkup of 100 boys of some rich and poor family and provides them good and medium quality food then he found that there is not much worse impact on health.


But when take another experiment on the same boys, take the result of their health based on their family environment, the family situation then surprising result are comes up. he found that the family who has more mental tension, dissatisfaction, anger, sadness, the boys in that family are not only weak but they have lots of disease and bad habits. opposite the boys who live in a family whose environment is full of positivity, love, compassion, and bliss, the boys are found physically and mentally healthy.
